Hello,
We are working towards the corresponding payment for our account. Since method payment most probably will be a check, this will take some administrative steps to complete it. Is there any way you can let us still using the platform as we proceed with payment accordingly.

I have checked your account subscription and it seems you're in the Free plan.
You may still use your forms and your account. However, do note that we have limits for each plan.
For free plan, you can only have 100 submissions per month and currently you have reached this limit.
Unfortunately, the only way to lift his limit is when you upgrade your subscription.
