Conditions on forms

Hi,

I have one issue on the conditions of my form.
I will try to be as clear as possible.

When line 4 : Ventes via votre shop Bigwax.fr is equal to "Oui"
and when line 5 Distribution via Bigwax Distribution is equal to "Oui"

the line 34,35,36,40 must be visible but they are not. 

The rest of the form works perfectly, i only this to be solved but i can't find the solution, maybe i need to do 2 different forms...

I checked your conditions and did not see a a condition that showed any fields those two conditions were met.

When line 4 : Ventes via votre shop Bigwax.fr is equal to "Oui"
and when line 5 Distribution via Bigwax Distribution is equal to "Oui"

These are the only two conditions I saw associated with that field:

Rather than setting up hide conditions, try setting up the specific condition to show the fields.  The fields will be hidden until the condition to show them is met.  This will ensure the fields are only shown when they should be but also aren't being hidden by a conflicting condition.
