Being asked to verify a wrong account email address

    Hello,

    When I sign in it is asking me to verify my email address. Unfortunately the email is incorrect but in order to fix it I have to log into my incorrect email to verify.

    The email address dawnm.mac.mull@gmail.com does not exist. There is a typo. My email address is dawn.mac.mull@gmail.com

    To my understanding, you are still able to log in to your account, however, you are being prompted to verify your account email address. If that is the case, I suggest that you go to the Profile page of your account and update your account email address — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile
