How to Edit Submissions?

Is there a way that once a form has been submitted we can update the record in the back end?  For example, if they selected choice one on the form and then submitted the form, is there a way I can change the selection in the back end?

It doesn’t let me edit it, it requires the credit card information again.
Am I doing something wrong?

Can you please provide us the exact steps that you follow to set this up? When do you get the message to enter these details? A screenshot would also help.
