Hello,
I am new to JotForms and created my last form yesterday evening. Today, I went to show a co-worker what I had found and was not able to pull up my form or any other template. I can see text and some images, but little or no formatting, color or other UI features. In addition, the button for logging in simply doesn't work.
I hope you have a solution...I've tried tweaking my browser settings and using other computers to no avail.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
From the screenshot image you provided, it looks like the network was blocking JotForm. The form resources were not being loaded the reason the UI only look like it was using plain text.
If you have other network you can test, please try also.
You can also try add JotForm to your server host whitelists
Whitelisting JotForm IP Addresses and Domains
Let us know if issue still persist.
