My embedded Jotform is not displaying correctly

    Hello 

    I recently updated my new website. But the jotform is not displaying correctly on mobile devices.  It is shifted to the right instead of center.  Desktop is ok. 
    My calendar is also have problem as well.   Please let me know what we are doing wrong.

    The source code embedded form seems to be conflicting with the other content of your web page. Have you considered using an iFrame Embedded or a JS Embedded form? The iFrame code is usually the most universal one. It should prevent conflicts with other content.
