My account was suspended

    Help - why was my account suspended.  This is the 2nd time and I did nothing wrong and am following all guidelines.

    Your account has been suspended previously since you were asking for credit card information on your form, you can find the response here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1747252

    Note that as per our terms it's not allowed to ask such information through plain text fields and your account has actually several forms asking for such information, that's enough to have your account suspended. 

    We do understand that you may not be asking such information for phishing purposes; however, we cannot allow such activity since we need to protect our users. 

    I have now removed the guilty fields from your forms in order to reactivate your account, I would recommend you to avoid asking for info that goes against our terms in order to avoid suspension.

    Hello,
    I did not ask for credit card information. I told them they they would be
    emailed a credit card authorization form.
    This is ridiculous!

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. As my colleague said, collecting credit card information in plain text is not allowed and is considered phishing.

    Your account is in good standing now, please check and let us know if you still can not log in to your account.
