When I click the Submit button to direct to PayPal, nothing happens

    Please Help me. After my form is filled out, and PayPal is clicked, nothing happens. It doesn't redirect, or say thank you or anything. I have tried in multiple browsers, and I have two forms doing it.

     

    I just upgraded and need this to work!

    I have just checked on of your forms and noticed it works as expected, here is a screen-cast about it:

    May you please try clearing your browser's cache in case you are still experiencing the issue?

    Try embedding the form using a different method, this guide will help you getting the iFrame code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
