Automated thank you message isn't working

    Hi,

    I selected for our families to receive an automated thank you once they submit our form.  However, it will not work.  When I tried it I just get a blank page.  

    Please advice.

    Is this the form you're currently working on https://form.jotform.com/KidsArtTarzana/free-intro-request--drawn2art-tarza?

    Also, are you referring to the autoresponder? If yes, please change the email sender of your autoresponder to our default email sender "noreply@jotform.com" and see if that fixes the issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your assistance.  When a parent fills out the form and hits submit, the screen should either redirect them to a "link" or a thank you should pop up, yes?  I would like the thank you to pop up, but for some reason when I try it, I get a blank screen.

    Thank you for the clarification.

    I have checked your form: 51896296348169 and I can see that the form is set to be redirect to a external link. Please find the screenshot below:

    If you want to display the Thank you page instead of directing it to an external link, you can select the other option i.e. "Show a Thank You Page".

    Thank you for your response.  I had the "show a thank you page" selected, but since I was only getting a blank screen, I decided to switch it to the link until I could figure out how to fix it. I selected it again so you could see the what was happening. The web address says "not secure" and the screen stays blank.

    I have submitted a test entry and the thank you message was displayed properly on my end.

    If the issue is happening with an embedded form, please provide us with a link where we can test this.

    When a thank you redirect is used, the "not secure" status may appear due to a redirect to the non-https page.
