how can i insert my company logo?

    Hi there,

    Yes, you can insert an Image field into your form and upload the logo file of your company. 

    Under Power Tools toolbox on the left side, drag and drop "Image" field to your form. Then select from one of the 3 options to insert your logo:

    ... then follow the instructions in the Image Wizard.

    If you have a copy of the logo file in your local drive, you can choose the second option (Upload Image File). Click Next. Then upload the file and click Close.
