Is there a concern about file attachments being too big to send via Gmail?

Is there a concern about file attachments being too big to send via Gmail? Example; I have email notifications set so that if a user uploads one or more files on my form, I get those attached to my email notification. If the files are too large to go through Gmail's restrictions, I won't get the notification.

    Any way around this?

To clarify when you submit your form with the uploaded file, the notification email has only the link to your uploaded file and not the file itself.

The limit for our uploaded file is 1GB and for multiple file uploads its 100MB.

May we know if you're having issues receiving notification with your form?

Can you please share the form in question?

    Looking forward for your response.

Actually that's not completely true. If the email notification settings are set as in the screencap below with "Send Uploads as Attachment" and "PDF Attachment" set to "Yes", the files are attached to the email.

All of that works fine unless the uploaded files are larger than gmail's g-suite receiving limit which is 50MB.

Based on your comment though, if I turn these options off, the files will be set as links within the form's generated PDF. So that would be my answer for accepting files up to 100MB which is JotForm's total upload limit.

My apologies for the confusion, yes you are correct. When you enable the option to send upload as attachment in your notification email, the uploaded files are attached to your email and the receiving limit for your email service would take effect.

I would suggest you disable this feature if you're uploading large files so that your notification email would be sent.
