Unable to download a file from the autoresponder

    I am not  able to open the file attached (on the form) with the autoresponder email. May i know how to deal with the issue? i want the people who received the email able to see the attachment

    I have checked your account and see that there are no submissions in the form. Did you delete the submissions from the form? Please note that if the submissions are deleted from the form, the files uploaded to the form shall also be deleted.

    I have done one submission for testing and the results in still the same. It still give the same results.

    I have been checking your form and noticed the submission you have there allows to download the file properly. 


    I also noticed that your account has the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" option enabled, if you want to disable such option you can do it from your account settings page under the privacy section: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
