Good morning,
We use Jotform for a customer who places clothing orders per individual person and it works really well but on the last batch of submissions we have had they have come through in a different format/layout including all the pictures which means it isn't as easy to translate the information.
I can send you copy files if you require?
Many Thanks

Are you referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/63584897362371?
Yes, please provide us more information regarding how the layout/format is getting changed. Also if you could provide us a few sample submissions where this issue is occurring, it will be helpful for us to investigate better. You can also post screenshots of the issue on this forum. The guide below will help you understand the process to post screenshots on this support forum:

Also, I can see a previous thread you had opened in 2017 for this form itself. Please see the thread link below where a solution was provided. Please review if this is of any help.

From the image that you have shared, you are referring to the PDF submissions of your form.
The last submission that you received for your form was on 09 April 2019. I just checked your PDF submissions and could not find any images in the PDF submission documents.
Please try downloading the PDF submissions are shown above and let us know if you are still seeing the images in the downloaded PDF.
