How to separate First Name / Last Name field and send to Zapier?

Hi there,

I have set up a form with the text fields "First Name" & "Last Name" but this is being shown as a grouped "Name" column in a download.

To give context; I want to Zap the First Name/Last Name as separate fields but Zapier is reading the aggregated "Name" column so I cannot segment the inputs.

Please advise.

In that case, you may use separate short text entry field for the first name and last name then map the field separately in the Zap.
