Hoe kan ik mijn e-mail op volgende manier ontvangen ?

Geachte,

Kan u mij vertellen hoe ik in mijn bevestigingsmail van iemand die het form heeft ingevuld het op de oude wijze kan toegestuurd krijgen ? (Zie voorbeeld zoals het vandaag binnenkomt en hoe het vroeger binnenkwam) De oude wijze is makkelijk om te integreren in een apart Excel bestand.

Do you mean to have the text in the email notification to be displayed in plain text without any formatting? If so, you may follow the screencast provided below to change the email layout. 

Also, if you want  to send the form received data to Excel, you may consider exporting the data to Excel or integrate Google Sheets to your form.
