account autosuspended

    Hi,

    When I try to log in to my account, I get a message that my account was autosuspended.  I don't know why.  Can you clarify why this happened and what I need to do to fix it?

    Upon review of your account it was found automatically suspended (autosuspended) due to form: http://www.jotform.us/form/71594316184157 

    Since forms are created everyday for phishing activities such as: stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, banking information, etc; our Phishing Detector Tool automatically suspends forms that may contain words related to such activities.

    I have inspected your forms and found no guilty fields , so I have activated your account, we apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused you.
