Hello! We have had multiple people email our support desk saying they uploaded everything needed into the application, hit submit, and then got an error saying something was not uploaded. They then lost ALL THEIR WORK. Why would this happen? Since it is multiple people, I have determined that it is not user error.

We're sorry for the inconvenience.
I tested your form a couple of times, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the form submitted fine.
Do you have any insight on how big the files were and could it be that the connection dropped since there are several upload fields? So the size of files could cause such an issue.
Any information related you can share it could help.
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

I don't, unfortunately. They are resumes and letters. These files shouldn't be too big. Here is a screen shot of one of the submitter's errors. And this is what she said - "This is the message I received, but I had attached my resume and proof of certification. I hit the back button and ALL fields were empty. I did not back anything up because I hadn’t planned to need to return to the application and kept the browser open as I added letters. "

The issue happened before the password was added.
