Calculation to Paypal is off

    Good morning,

    We received a submission and payment from PayPal yesterday that was not consistent with the item chosen's price. (Transaction date 4/10/2019 at 16:58:05)

    On Page 4, under STANDARD DESIGN, we have an option for a B/W 1/2 page ad for $90.00.  The payment came through at $75.00.

    We have received several submissions with this choice and have not had issue.  This is the only one.

    I tested today and did not have an issue.

    Can you tell me what might have happened?

    I found the mentioned submission and I saw the issue, but I do not know how this happened. 

    Is your form embedded? If so please provide us the webpage URL, so that we can test it there. 

    I also tested your form and as far as I can see the Calculation widget is working fine.

    If the form is not embedded, I can only assume that there was a temporary glitch with the Calculation widget.
