Change Private to a Public Question (and vice versa)?

Is it possible to change the status of a question from "private" to "public" (or vice versa) once a question is posted?

We can change the status from our end but once the question is submitted it cannot be changed from the user end.  If you have any questions you would like to be set private, let us know and we can set them for you.
