Submissions are being e-mailed separately to recipients instead of grouped together

    We have a form titled Building Issue Form that we use internally for employees to have the ability to report areas of the building that need attention. 

    This form is set to e-mail (6) people. The form used to send the submission to all 6 people in one e-mail, but as of this week, it is sending the submission to each of those people individually. We liked the submission sent to all 6 people so that, when someone replies to address the situation, they can easily CC the others. As it stands now, none of us are copied on these replies and communication is slipping.

    We would really like the form to be fixed so that all 6 people are grouped together in the e-mail when a submission is made. 

    Can you help?

    I have been testing this and I can see what you're referring to, this seems to have been implemented due to security reasons. 

    We can open this as feature request to our second level, let us know if you would like the feature to be opened.

    Was this implemented by someone on our end, or on Jotform’s end? In either case, we would like this feature to be re-opened, please. Thank you

    Our apologies for the confusion. As far as I know, this exists for some time now. It's when you have a file upload field in the form, and you have enabled Send Uploads as Attachment in the email template settings.


    When there's a file upload, the form sends the email to the individual recipient.

    When there's no file upload, the form sends the email as a group. 

    Now, if you want to send the form email as a group, you will have to disable the Send Uploads as Attachment and download the files instead through their link in the body of the email.
