I received an email notification of a form submission but the Mailchimp integration did not happen (the contact in NOT in my Mailchimp Database)
I also noticed today (I tested the form myself) that I received an email notification but my submission is not available on the Jotform site (nor Mailchimp).
What is going on??

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our developers are already looking into the submission update problem.
Regarding the mailchimp integration, Can you please try to do the following?
Re integrate the Mail Chimp integration
Clone the form and use the clone form instead.
Clear your browser cache and cookies

I am having the same issue, Mailchimp integration is not working at all and I have done everything correcly. Changed the API key twice, mapped all the correctr fields, deleted my cache/cookies. Nothing at all. The jotform submission works fine but Mailchimp does not send optin emails nor receives any data in it's database list. Very strange really.

Can you please tell me which of forms you have created you are currently experiencing the Mailchimp integration issue?

If any of you have not already opened up a new thread involving the MailChimp Issue then I would like to request that you please do so now so that we can Check your Form's MC Integration individually and Forward your information to add to the current Developer List regarding this problem if necessary even if there is a related or non-related similarity.
As far as I know, the MailChimp Issue is still being investigated to be fixed as soon as possible and we do deeply apologize again for any inconveniences that this may have caused you. But for those of you looking for an Immediate Solution you can try doing it this way via Zapier with a JotForm Submission as your Trigger which will then in turn send a Response to Mailchimp.
Please Note: This is only a 3rd Party Workaround Solution via the Zapier App until we resolve the MailChimp Issue. The link for more information on this can be found here:
