Change the Facebook link name

    I am using a template and even though I have changed the name when sending it to clients it is giving some totally different. HELP! 

    For example it is saying:

    As I understand, when you share your form on Facebook, it shows an unrelated title in the post.

    It is your form's page title and different from the form title. Please follow these steps to change it.
    1. Go to form settings.Change the Facebook link name Image 212. Change the page title. Change the Facebook link name Image 32You will see this title in the Facebook posts.
