    Good Afternoon,

I was wondering if there is a way to copy a form from a free account and move it to our paid account.  When we assigned a subaccount to someone, we assumed that their forms would show up in the paid account.  So, we would like the form to be moved over.

We tried using the Collaborator link, but with that, there's no export option or move option or anything like that.

If you are looking to have the form moved from a sub-account to your account (main), you may ask the owner of the sub-account to transfer the form over to your account following the instructions in this guide — How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account#option2

Please do not be confused. There are two options in the guide I linked above. And, I'm referring to the second option. The 5th step in that (2nd) option tells you how a sub-account can move a form to the main account.

I hope this helps. Otherwise, may I suggest that you ask the owner of the sub-account that has the form needed to be transferred to open a new request to move the form from the sub-account to your account (main)? And if you have other questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
