Can the forms do simple queries to filter a submission?

can the forms do simple queries to filter a submission?

We have an appointment request form that has multiple services, multiple practitioners, and multiple locations so I wanted to see if I could use filters.  Like limiting practitioners by service and location on the form. 

I'm sorry, but there is no way to do that in the form. A workaround would be to have multiple fields, each that corresponds to the options of the previous field. You can have each field to show when their corresponding option from the parent field is selected.

In this case, if you have 10 practitioners, add 10 location dropdowns. 1 location for each practitioner.
