Why am I not receiving email notifications?

    Hello,


    I am testing my form in my website and realize that I am not getting notifications to my inbox once it is submitted.  Could you please assist with this ASAP?

    I have just checked your form and noticed your email notification is not properly configured, the recipient email address is missing:
