How can I view encrypted submissions?

I was recently made the recipient within my company to receive all forms that were submitted from our website. When I get the notification to my email that says a new form is available when I try to open it, it asks to upload my product key and I am not sure what this is. Can you please let me know how to fix this so that I can open these forms.

That happens when the encryption feature is enabled on the form, it's not possible to view encrypted submissions without the key and it's not possible to revert back that data. 

You will need to provide the key in order to view the data. If you have lost it, I would recommend you to turn off the encryption feature, this way you avoid to keep receiving the data encrypted.
