Conditions of Forms randomly getting deleted.

on forms that i haven't edited in a while are losing ALL of their conditions that were set... making for a large mess.

What happened to change this, and is there a solution/time to fix?

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Currently, there is no change within our site that is deleting conditions on older forms.

Have you taken advantage of our cool Revision History feature? This allows you to access the previous version of the form itself. 

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions or if the feature does not restore the conditions.
