How to redirect back to the form after a few seconds in the thank you page?

We are doing a sign up on site for a singing contest.  How do we make the screen go back to the blank sign up screen after the Thank You screen. Can I set it so it automatically resets for the next contestant. Right now it just stays on "thank you" unless use the back arrow to go back a screen.  Id like to be able to not have staff standing there the whole time to reset it after each sign up.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. You may consider creating a custom thank you page to your website and add a script that would redirect the page back to your form.

For example: http://www.tizag.com/javascriptT/javascriptredirect.php

Then use this custom thank you page as your custom thank you URL. Please refer to this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

They wont be on my website.  They will just sign in on a tablet when the show up at the bar.  But once the singer signs up, and hits send, the form doesn't reset for the next customer to sign up.

You can actually do what you need.

You can create a Thank you page with auto redirect: https://www.jotform.com/help/89-Create-a-Custom-Thank-you-page-with-Auto-redirect

You create a thank you page that will redirect automatically (after certain time) to your form, you upload that code to some online domain, and you place a link to it as your Thank you page.

That should do the work.
