Card Forms: Ability to change card name or progress bar name

I have a couple of form elements that are 'Text', and I would like to give them a name so that when you are completing the form using the navigation bar at the bottom that it doesn't have the name 'Question 4', and instead says 'Third Party Authority'.

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to name the progress bar. If you like, I can make a feature request for your requirement. However, we cannot guarantee that the feature will be implemented or cannot provide any time frame for implementation at the moment.
