Hello,  I am trying to download a pdf from the autoresponder email I received while testing my form.  I'm getting an error message.  Please see the screenshot.

I would appreciate your help in understanding why I am getting this error and how to fix.

I have checked your account and it seems you're under HIPAA. We cannot view your account and submissions at our end. However, the error message seems to be caused by your account privacy.

Can you please check your account privacy by going to your account settings>Settings>Privacy and uncheck Require Log-in to see submissions and view uploaded files.

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

I know I am using a HIPAA form.  However, I really need to be able to uncheck those boxes and they are grayed out in my settings . Please see screenshot. Thank you .

My apologies for the confusion, you are right it is not possible to uncheck the privacy in HIPAA accounts.

To clarify, when you open the attached PDF in the autoresponder did it prompt you to enter a password?

Can you please try re-attaching your PDF Attachment in the autoresponder and make sure to add a password?

    Snippet from this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/503-How-to-include-submissions-as-PDF-attachment-in-the-email-notifications

Screenshot of how I view the attached PDF in the autoresponder email.

    Hope this information helps.

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still persists.
