How to add hyperlink to a phrase in the text editor?

I searched about 6 different ways to find this info, and got "nothing found" every time.

I want to make the "oaregion1.org" entry a hyperlink, just like the one for the hotel in the next line.

In order to attach a link to a phrase in email content editor, first highlight the phrase. Then click on the chain icon in tools panel, "Insert Link" popup window will appear. Enter the address you want into the URL field and click Ok button.
