Long Text entry>Rich Text: input field position has been changed

    As of today, The additional info box of our forms appears as seen below for some reason. This had to be some push from your end because it is affecting all of our forms, and we have had issues from your updates previously. It is urgent that this is corrected because this highly affects the performance of our agents.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    I have checked your forms and replicated the issue.

    It seems the Long Text entry Editor mode "Rich Text" field format has been changed.

    I will escalate this to our back-end team for further investigation.

    They will contact you once updates are available.
