All my conditions have been erased!

Greetings. It seems like all of the conditions I have set up for my form have been erased. Might you have a backup copy of my form? I tried reverting back to earlier versions to no avail.

Just a note: Originally the link that I'm attaching ended with "visit" but I renamed it to "visitx" so that the link people have will not work for now, in case that makes a difference to your tech-sleuths...

Sorry, another note. I already tried clearing my form cache and it made no difference.

We apologize for the inconvenience. I have created a bug report that has been sent to our developers to try to revert this change, so the conditions can be recovered. You will be updated via this thread.

Thank you. Just so you know, I cloned the form and have updated it to bring it back to it’s original state. You can keep tinkering with the old one if you want, but please know that I have resolved it already.

Okay, you will use the clone version that you have corrected, and leave the old form(https://www.jotform.us/form/90736286957170), so our developers can work on it to find the cause and fix the issue.

You will updated via this thread if there is any progress.

Thank you. Now that I’m working on the new one, I’m noticing some strange issues. The conditions I’m adding aren’t saving sometimes… this is frustrating.

Also (sorry for all the short emails). When I leave the form and go back in to edit, it says that the last edit was made an hour in the future. For example, If I make an edit at 8:05pm, when I go back to the form it says “last edited at 9:05pm” on the top underneath the title.

I just wanted to mention it in case it was somehow connected to the conditions issue. My account is set to the correct time zone, so not sure what the cause could be.

Another update on this. I tried adding a new "change email recipient" condition, and the condition did save, but it bumped off the last condition in the list of conditions for the form. If I add a different type of condition (I tried a "show/hide field" condition, a "require" condition, and a "skip to / hide a page" condition), it saves without a problem. By save, I mean that I can leave the form by going to the home page and then going back in to edit the form. So, it seems to be a problem connected to adding a "change email recipient" condition.

I have just tested what you mentioned and it seems to work as expected, example:

All my conditions have been erased! Image 10

May you please provide an example about the issue?

You may try clearing your browser's cache and see if that helps.

I tried clearing my browser's cache, but it didn't help. The problem is: I can create a "change email recipient" condition, but when I leave the form page and then come back, it is no longer there. It doesn't save for some reason. The other conditions save without a problem. The example you give above doesn't recreate what I'm experiencing. After creating the email condition you must also leave the form page (go to the home page with your entire list of forms) then go back in to edit the form.

Just followed the steps you described, yet  I'm unable to replicate the issue, example:

All my conditions have been erased! Image 10

May you please let us know the form where this happens and the browser you're using?

Thanks for persevering with me on this! This is the form I'm working on: My form. The browser I'm using is chrome.

I wasn't clear enough in the post above. If I create a new "change email recipient" condition, it does save. But if I leave the form, go to my home page, then go back in to the form and look at the conditions, I find that the last condition in my list has been "bumped off" and no longer exists. I wish I could record my screen to show you.

Please download Licecap: https://www.cockos.com/licecap/, to record your screen in a .gif file. Then, post it on this thread.

We will include it in this bug report that has been sent to our back-end team.

Here's a screenshot. Also, this may be unrelated (and is much less important that the non-saving issue), but the "L
ast edited" time underneath the main title of the form is an hour ahead of what it should be. I checked the settings, and they are set to the EST time zone which is correct. I was editing it at 2:31pm but it says last edited at 3:31...
