Sending text information in email

I have a form that works this way:

    - The client logs in to the form

    - By the ID he types, his name is detected and shown to him. I have a hidden text for each client, when the client is detected, the text with its name is enabled.

    - In the filled data that arrives via email, this information does not come from the customer's name, because it is a text, not a filled field.

I need to know how to get the customer's name to arrive in this email as well, I need some idea how to do it efficiently. To not only get the user's registration ID.

I look forward to any suggestions.

    Thank you in advance.

You can add additional Short Text Entry field (can be hidden) and populate it with conditional logic based on entered ID. You can then add that field as Email Subject of your Notification.

I'm trying to do this, it will probably work. But now I do not know what happened, my form is no longer as before, several validations are incomplete, there are things that were right and now are no longer.

Some fields that were set to hide are not hiding anymore.

Can you tell me what happened?

Almost all of my validations have been deleted, what happened?

I have a validation for each client, which causes it to hide the name of all other clients, these validations are gone.

I had to disable the form because the clients will try to use it, I can not submit the order form that way.

Please, please restalre my all validations of my form.

    I'm still waiting.

Thank you very much in advance!

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I cloned your form and when I tested it, the condition was triggered correctly and the text field was displayed. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hi! Its not ok:

I'm very disappointed, I just asked for a suggestion of how to do something, and now my form is like this.

In addition, in this form, the exeeding of client names is OK, but it is showing fields that should be hidden, these fields should only appear if they were requested.

I had to manually correct ...

I will continue testing, if the problem persists or is too complex, notice here.

    Thank you!
