Sending text information in email

I have a form that works this way:

- The client logs in to the form

- By the ID he types, his name is detected and shown to him. I have a hidden text for each client, when the client is detected, the text with its name is enabled.

- In the filled data that arrives via email, this information does not come from the customer's name, because it is a text, not a filled field.

I need to know how to get the customer's name to arrive in this email as well, I need some idea how to do it efficiently. To not only get the user's registration ID.

You can add additional Short Text Entry field (can be hidden) and populate it with conditional logic based on entered ID. You can then add that field as Email Subject of your Notification.

I'm trying to do this, it will probably work. But now I do not know what happened, my form is no longer as before, several validations are incomplete, there are things that were right and now are no longer.

Some fields that were set to hide are not hiding anymore.
