TAB TITLE INCORRECT

    I duplicated the NIKE SPOON form for DDR REGISTRATION. The tab on top and when i post the link online, still has the NIKE SPOON title on it.  I dont want to confuse the clients.  I have checked everywhere on the form for this title and I don't know what I missed.  PLease help.

    I can assist with changing the page title, we don't want to confuse your customers. I cloned your form and tested this feature and here is how to do the change:
