How to Change my Payment Method

    Hi Support;
     
    Currently in Bronze plan with Paypal as payment method until today, since I changed it (today /I canceled)  since I want to register a credit card BUT I can´t do it with the options that the dashboard offers to me.
     
    I do not want to downgrade on April 27 from my current plan (BRONZE) but  I do not know how to update to a new payment method (credit card) and that the BRONZE plan continues in force.
     
    I appreciate your guidance and help with this issue.

    I'm afraid the only option to change your payment method while a plan is ongoing will be as follows:

    1. Cancel subscription and downgrade to Free -

    Please note that you will need to cancel your PayPal subscription (subscription ID: I-WFKAKEU6X92E) and intimate us when you have cancelled so that we can process your refund.
