The form keeps making the page jump as i go from page to page.

The form is wanting to put the FORM at the top of the screen.  Instead of having the page stay in the same place.  When you hit the first "next" it moves the screen up so the the form is at the top

You may avoid the form to scroll to the top using the "nojump" parameter, example: 

https://www.jotform.us/form/90975145504157?nojump

You will need to share the link with the parameter in it to avoid users being moved to the top.
