Issue with Single Choice questions

As of this morning all of my forms are having an issue where the spacing on my single choice questions is messed up. It's also spread them to columns when I don't have that option turned on.

The issue with single/multiple choice field formatting should now be resolved.  Let us know if the issue persists with your form and we can take another look.
