I am really getting annoyed with your Support Team. I have asked you to help me out on a particular thing for more than 100 times and yet you keep giving me unsatisfactory answer.

I have this  form which be used to send messages to my client's. Yes I have already created the form. But it cant send out message because I havent configure the REPLY-TO Section.

I do not know how to configure this particular section. I have tried more than 1000 times and can still not do it. I didnt see where to edit so I can put

I have attached the screenshot to show you how that section looks at the moment.

I have also pleaded with just help me do this yourself since I can not do it. Can any of you do the setting for me so I can use this form to send message. You can put your own details for example then..I can edit and put in my own sender details.

All of you keep giving me directions that never worked out for me when I am asking for you to make it work for me. I am tired of receiving solutions and directions on how to do it cos I can never do it even if you say it 1 millions times. I have found out that this is hard for me to do cos I can not see where to put my sender details.

Please, I want a good man to just put in his own details as the sender..just for me to see this form send out message to a diffreent email address..then after..I can put in my own details or copy this form to create my own.

Ok let me make it simple..please can somebody create a likely form that can send out message, then I can copy the form link to creat my own simply...I do not want to receive any further instructive message from you which can still not be useful to me. I want you to do it yourself and not telling me to do it cos I have tried million times but failed all.  I am getting very angre at the moment ..unless you solve my problem.

Please, just create a sample for that can send out message, show me the sample form, and copy the form link to creat my own form..this is very simple...please am so tired about this and I want to put an end to this. I am waiting for your good response.

    Hi Mbaeri,

I'm sad to hear that you're having these struggles but please note that Jotform is one of the simplest if not the easiest form solutions you may have online that provide features that will suffice most data gathering needs through forms.

You don't use Jotform to send messages just like newsletters to your customers. We even added third party integrations, say MailChimp, so that you can forward some of your existing/new form signees to be automatically added to a mailing list which you then use for your campaigns(still there will be other steps involved, and I'm assuming you're familiar with concepts like 'opting in', etc).

Here is the guide for Email notifications: and the Help Guide section of our website provides several articles about most procedures in JotForm. In a nutshell, you have one default email notification(that informs you, the owner, when someone submits a form). You may setup 'autoresponders' if you want them to send notifications too(but the main purpose is just to confirm or give your form signees a trail that they submitted something on your form). Autoresponders is not the right way of sending newsletters.

Going through the guide and doing it hands-on will help you in the long run same as the many other users of JotForm.

Cash2Link it is readily apparent that you are not aware of what Jotform is used for. The reason the support team has given you answers that "don't solve your problem" is the fact that you don't know what you're doing. Jotform does not send messages. It takes field results filled by third parties.

Use MailChimp instead of trying to get Jotform to do something it's not supposed to do.
