Alignment problem on multiple forms

Hi..

Is there a fault with forms at the moment as the alignment appears to be broke on several forms? For example. The alignment should be left on the label.

It seems it is not.  I am also still able to reproduce this in my test form.  We will update you as soon as this is fully resolved.
