I send an email to customers with their audio recording, but they can't download it as they don't have permission.
Is it possible to allow them to download their recordings when they are sent the confirmation email.

You can check your privacy in your account settings,
Go to account>Settings>Privacy and uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files.
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
