All my submissions information are gone from Inbox and only left with a number

Today I went to look back in my submissions for a piece of vital information, and all the submissions are blank and are just named by number. all my customers information are gone. Could you please help me get this information back? What happened that this information is gone? I have not done anything to it.

After further inspecting your from submissions everything looks fine and your submission information is secure. It looks like there was a temporary issue with our new Inbox view.
