Conditional Logic: conditions related to sending an email are deleted from the form

    Support, good afternoon.


    I currently have a free account. I created a form with several conditions, in all there were 36, all of a sudden the email conditions stopped working and now all conditions are gone. Is there a problem with the system or is it on my account free?


    I'm waiting.

    We have this problem two days ago, but our backend team has fixed it already.

    I checked your last form ID (https://www.jotform.com/61104163020637) and there are indeed no email conditions saved. I checked the revision and seems like they're removed at once.

    I have now raised this thread to our backend team for further investigation. As soon as we have an update, we will inform you here.

    I researched the history and really could not recover the conditions created for the email. I researched and they disappeared again.

    I was able to recover through the historical other conditions, but not those of the email.


    The system is really having problems.

    We're sorry to hear that.

    I checked your form again and I can see email conditions in it. Can you please review if these were the conditions that were removed?
