Why is my jotform page in German?

    I cant read anything until I right click and ask to translate. Please help me put it back to English/American

    I just checked your account and could not find any German language. Your form and the My form page in your account is in English.

    Please confirm if you are still facing this issue. If yes, I would recommend that you post a screenshot of the issue so that we could identify where exactly this issue is. The guide below explains the steps to post screenshots on this support thread.

    I have the same problems too.  It also keeps asking me if I want to translate the page.  Never have had this problem in the past?  What is going on Jotform?1555100500Jot form.png

    We would like to apologize for the inconveniences you are facing.

    The issue has been escalated to our developers.

    In the meantime, please try the following:

    - Change the Language via Account Settings to some other language (e.g. Español) and then back to English.

    - Then click on the MEINE FORMULARE (MY FORMS) to see if that helps in fixing the website language.

    The issue is supposed to be fixed. However, you may need to clear JotForm website cookies in your browser, and then log in again.
