How do I get the non-profit rate?

How do I get the non-profit rate?  I have my 990-EZ but I can't upload a PDF. Should I convert it to a jpg or do you have another way of doing it?

You should be able to upload a PDF document and a JPG file too. The following file types are supported:

pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, txt, rtf, html, zip, mp3, wma, mpg, flv, avi, jpg, jpeg, png, gif.

Are you receiving any error while doing so? If unable to do, you can email the document to support@jotform.com.
