New Inbox>>Unread: After viewing all unread messages only, there is no easy way to get back to the all submissions.

    Hi,

    I just realized this today. When you go into the "Inbox" there is an option to view unread submissions only by clicking on the button that shows the unread count. You can click on this button to go back and forth between all and only unread submissions. If while in the only unread submissions list you select them all and choose, mark them as read, the unread counter vanishes. now to get back to the all submissions you have to either go back to My Forms by clicking on the JotForm logo then select inbox for the form again or click on INBOX and select the Inbox icon.

    My suggestion is to have a return to "All" button where the counter button was so you can get back quicker.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I have also tested this, and there is no way to go back to view all submissions, it gets stuck on the unread ones:

    Hello Robert,

    Thank you for reporting the issue.

    We have implemented new warning message for no results page after filtering. As you can see below screenshot:

    You can go back to submission list clicking by 'See All Submissions' button or cross button that clears the filter text.

    Hello,

    yes this is very helpful, although there is still a big issue. After marking all as read the counter is not zeroing. Nor it the "My Forms Page" counter. If I select to mark all as read on the "My Forms Page", then everything zeros out.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I fixed the new submission counter for that form, can you please check and confirm if the issue persists in your end?

    Hi,

    I think you miss understood this issue. It is not only this form, that I used as an example, it can any one of them. Just setting the value to zero is not a fix for the bug-a-boo.

    I have reported this before so it is already with the developers, I just added it here so it might get a bit more attention. maybe not such a good idea. See 1790557.

    The issue about the counter not zeroing after marking all as "read", is being reported in that thread. The issue has not been solved yet, you will be updated there when it gets fixed.
