"My Questions" not showing

    It seems like the link to "My Questions" that I've asked are gone - don't see a link on the Forum page. Please advise.

    Hi Josh!

    Currently, I am not able to find your account under the email you provided Joshua.a.rahbar@kp.org. However, I was able to check our system and the account the email address was previously associated with has been changed to Elk-Grove-MWM@kp.orgCurrently, on that account, there are no previous questions asked.

    Can you please upload a screenshot of the issue to our forum to further assist you?

    When I sent the question in, My Questions tab was missing. I see it is back now (circled screenshot in red).

    Now, I don't see any of the questions I've asked in private after clicking on the My Questions tab (circled screenshot in blue). I did change our username from KPWM to SSCLSM today. I also changed the email as you noted to my email Joshua.a.rahbar@kp.org but have changed it back to Elk-Grove-MWM@kp.org. Would those questions that were asked under the old username (KPWM) be tied to it? 1555108110Capture3.GIF

     Unfortunately, changing the username from KPWM to SSCLSM caused for the thread to no longer show under the new username.

    However, I was able to check that you were having issues with appointment time widget not letting you exceed 4 entries. Are you still experiencing the same issue? 

    If so please include and let us know and we can assist you on this new thread.
