All forms that have the "appointment slots" function that we use are currently not working. When users go to submit the get the "please wait" notice but no confirmation goes through. When we clone the form but remove the appointment scheduling it works fine. This is happening on multiple forms.

It seems like you have disabled the form. Can you enable it so we can test it?
I have cloned your form, and did a submission with the Appointment Slots widget, and it worked fine:
Also, if the form is embedded in a web page, please share the URL of the web page.

I have enabled the form. I just tried to do a test and it's still not working.
We don't have the form embedded, but the link from our website is here.

Please open the browser console report when you attempt to submit the form, and take a screenshot to share it on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
So, we can forward this to our back-end team to check further.
