The users are not able to fill the Form

    Someone is on my website trying to fill out our form and as she gets to the bottom it boots her and removes all her info she has filled in on the 4th try she was able to hit submit but it said page was lost

    I noticed that you have used JavaScript code inside an iFrame to embed the Form. Could you please replace the code with the iFrame one.

    1) Remove your forms from that site.

    2) Go into your forms edit mode to get the Iframe code:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    3) Paste the code in a text editor such as Wordpad, example:

    4) Copy only the Iframe part.

    5) Embed the Iframe part in your site.
