I am having trouble getting some text to show up with conditions

I added another level to this form, and I can't get the "red" text to show up on the 2nd part.  first part works, but now the 2nd part doesn't. 

here is an image on what i'm talking about.  I can't find what it is i'm missing or not seeing to get this to work 

Nevermind!  I figured it out.  Helps if I had the widget/calculations part done correctly. =)
